Emotion.

A tear drop rolled down the cheeks.
I was choked up with emotion.
Thinking deeply on the lines of feelings.
Absorbing every assumption of my intuition.

It felt like clutching all my friends close.
And stand still in that warm pose.
Yet, 'ifs' or 'buts' patently were the conjunctions.
And I was choked up with emotion.

Reassurance seemed to be the only convincing matter.
But, I was firm on my desire, of not allowing my beloved ones for their departure.
We are sure enough to strengthen our relation.
A happy curve appeared on my lips.
I was choked with emotion.

The Tree of Lights.

Simply fantasising,
A ficture so bright.
Radiating a pleasing sight.
It's the Tree of Lights.

Filled with small emitters,
Sourcing the spread of brightness.
Showing the path lying ahead.
The road obscuring the darkness.

It's the tree,
Implying the act of giving.
'Enlightening' this life of ours.
Simply fostered our living.

Friends

The bunch of people,
Ever ready to fight for you.
Just there to support you.
We walk with them down the avenue.

The meetings, hangouts.
Never ending calls and conversations.
Birthday celebrations.
Or even the memories' collections.

We all owe a lot to them.
For being with us in every smile and sorrow .
But are so assured of the fact.
We'll together see a better tomorrow.

The craziest, funniest, lovable
And the most supportive people on earth.
I'll stand by them, support them
In every rebirth.

The Book Unflipped

In my bookshelf,
Beneath a layer of dust,
Was a book,
Waiting to quench my knowledge thirst.

'It bears a title so attractive.'
Glanced my curious eyes.
I cleaned and dusted it,
Which made the book smile.

I happened to keep it back again.
Involuntarily, glued back to my mobile.
The book lay in grief and gloom.
Simply waiting to catch my eye.

Similar happens with our life,
We forget to flip the pages,
Forget to discover what lies within.
And just be afraid.

But now, it's time to unleash.
Time to explore our innate personality.
It's right moment to take the book.
Let the pages be flipped.

The Sunset

The birds travel back home,
A place the safest..
As the ball of fire,
Proceeds towards the west.

The saffron rays,
Enlighten the countryside.
It's the alchemy of nature,
With whom we confide.

Orange turns the sky of blue,
One of the moments few.
A journey down the 'natural' avenue,
A travel so mesmerising for you.

A scenery of sunset,
Radiates thoughts in full beam.
It leaves the urge in mind,
Of fulfilling a dream.
